How do we deliver?
We ship worldwide by Thailand Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex Express, SF Express. We use the most economical method without sacrificing speed. All parcels are shipped within 1-5 business days after receiving payment.
How much does it cost?
Shipping charges for each order are calculated individually after the order is placed. Once your order is confirmed, we will determine the shipping cost based on the weight of the items and the destination.
- You will be contacted with the shipping cost details, and your approval will be required before proceeding with shipment.
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Typical delivery estimates are as follows:
- Domestic (Thailand): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Do you provide tracking number for my shipment?
Yes, we provide you with a tracking number so there is never any issues about the status of your shipment. You can track your shipment here.
Important instructions for collecting parcels:
Please keep track of your tracking number once the package arrives in your country. If necessary, contact your local courier or post office for exact instructions on picking up your package, depending on your destination.
Please note that you, as the recipient, are responsible for receiving the package from the local courier on time, if applicable. Failure to comply with this requirement within the stipulated time may result in the parcel being returned to the sender or even destroyed.
Please note that ThaiCharmBeauty cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages or when the recipient refuses to accept delivery.
How long does it take to deliver to my country?
International deliveries take around 5-28 days depending on how far you are located from Thailand. Within Asia it takes around 5-10 days.
Do I need to pay any import duties or taxes for my shipment?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that package may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
What are the import restrictions?

Each country has its own rules and limitations regarding the import of goods, especially when it comes to cosmetics, creams, and shampoos. These restrictions may apply to specific ingredients such as chemical components or plant extracts, which may be prohibited or require special permission for import.
We are always ready to provide you with complete information about the product composition to help you verify it against the requirements of your country. However, the final decision is always made by the customs authorities, and we cannot guarantee that the product will be cleared without issues. I don't want to ship by Thailand Post, can I use some other service?
Yes, you can. We work with DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex Express, SF Express. If you want us to ship using another provider, then please let us now in advance. We will then contact you to organize the shipment with the provider of your choice.
