What the review includes

Four checks before you commit to inventory.

We turn a category brief or SKU list into a buyer-specific sourcing review—so you can compare the real product, minimums, documentation path, and transport assumptions before approving a purchase.

01Buyer-specific shortlist

Category, channel, price target, and first-order size.

02Exact-variant check

Current photos, size, variant, supplier, and package condition.

03MOQ & document status

Real case packs, available files, and open compliance questions.

04Shipment assumptions

Consolidation and route options built around your warehouse.

Two ways to start

Choose a focused pilot—or replenish exact products.

01

Mixed-SKU pilot

Test one category with a mixed-SKU order.

A typical first brief may cover 4–8 selected SKUs and 24–60 total units. Actual case packs, availability, documentation, and quote assumptions are confirmed first.

  • Useful for specialty and Asian-beauty retailers
  • QC photos and lot/expiry capture where available
02

Exact-SKU restock

Source products that are difficult to replenish.

Send 3–10 product names, photos, or links. We check the exact brand, size, variant, current suppliers, and practical consolidation options in Thailand.

  • Built for products that are difficult to replenish
  • Your nominated forwarder or broker can be used

How it works

From brief to shipment plan in four clear steps.

  1. 1
    Share the brief

Category or exact SKUs, channel, quantity, and warehouse ZIP.

  2. 2
    Verify in Thailand

Variant, supplier, availability, MOQ, and available documents.

  3. 3
    Approve the plan

Products, terms, route, Incoterm, and importer setup.

  4. 4
    QC & consolidate

Approved goods are checked, packed, and handed to the agreed carrier.

Clear scope, fewer surprises

A focused sourcing lane.

Good initial fit

Ordinary, non-medicated personal-care products with a clear labeling and document path.

Specialist review

OTC/drug claims, supplements, aerosols or flammables, children's products, electronics, and restricted branded goods.

Importer setup

The written quote defines responsibilities. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer/importer handles U.S. entry, resale eligibility, labeling, permits, duties, and taxes.

Questions buyers ask first

Know what happens before you order.

Do you hold every item in stock?

No. Some products are sourced to order. Exact availability, variant, lead time, and supplier terms are checked for each brief.

Is 24–60 units a fixed minimum?

No. It is a proposed pilot format. Real MOQ and case-pack requirements vary by brand, supplier, product, and documentation status.

Can you deliver to our U.S. warehouse?

We can prepare air or ocean transport options after reviewing the products, volume, destination, Incoterm, and importer-of-record setup. You may also use your own broker or forwarder.

Are the products “FDA approved”?

We do not make a blanket FDA-approval claim. Product documentation, facility or product-listing status, labeling, claims, and buyer/importer responsibilities are reviewed per SKU.
