All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for each order are calculated individually after the order is placed. Once your order is confirmed, we will determine the shipping cost based on the weight of the items and the destination.

  • You will be contacted with the shipping cost details, and your approval will be required before proceeding with shipment.
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Typical delivery estimates are as follows:
    • Domestic (Thailand): 3-7 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ThaiCharmBeauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Shipping Charges

If we discover an issue with the shipping cost provided, we will contact you promptly to resolve the discrepancy.

  • If the revised shipping cost exceeds the initial estimate, we will require an additional payment, but only with your approval.
  • If the revised shipping cost is lower than the initial amount, we will issue a refund for the difference.

6. Damages and Missing Items

ThaiCharmBeauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
