Black balm has a local analgesic, decongestant and anti-inflammatory effect and is intended for the treatment of inflammation of the joints, bruises, sprains, arthrosis, arthritis, radiculitis, rheumatism. The balm consists of bone tissue and skin of a king cobra with the addition of fat and snake venom, as well as medicinal herbs, coconut oil and bamboo ash.
