Use this compress massage ball for muscle relaxation and reducing pain.
Directions:
Sprinkle a little water on the herbal massage ball. Steam either over a pot of boiling water until hot, or in a microwave for 1 minute. Remove and let cool a bit so it can be applied to the skin safely. Place the herbal compress on any area of the body you desire. Press and massage clockwise. While you massage, the massage ball can also be applied with smooth strokes while pressing. After use leave the herbal compress to dry in the air naturally and once dried, place it in a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator for further use… stays fresher and can be used longer if kept in the fridge. Each ball can be used 2-3 times.
