Adding to cart does not take payment. Shipping is quoted after you place your order.
To order without paying, choose Payment After Delivery Agreement at checkout. After approving shipping, pay for products and delivery before dispatch, not on delivery.
If you pay for products now, you will receive a shipping invoice separately.
